Hello, I am Laure Saint Olive

I am a certified PCC (Professional Certified Coach), specializing in Leadership Development and Relational Skills. I work with Leaders and Teams to help them better understand their operating styles, develop emotional agility, and implement effective strategies to foster inclusion and diversity within their professional environments.

My expertise

The Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification is awarded to coaches who have demonstrated a high level of expertise in their practice. This means I adhere to a strict professional ethic, including Confidentiality, Transparency, and a continuous commitment to excellence in service to my clients. Constantly advancing in my professional development, I am periodically supervised by Master Coaches, experts in the field.

I draw on 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and leader in the IT Services to coach my clients through pivotal moments in their careers.

My expertise concerns key areas such as change management, interpersonal communication, and emotional agility.

I am particularly passionate about promoting diversity and gender-balanced Leadership, especially in the digital field. I support teams in evolving towards a more collaborative work environment that values and respects differences.

As an international coach, I work with clients in both French and English.
